Lead Juniper Architect

- Serve as the primary Juniper architecture lead and technical authority for all client engagements - Define and maintain end-to-end network architecture, design standards, and best practices across routing, switching, SD-WAN (SSR), and Mist - Conduct architecture reviews, design approvals, and technical governance to ensure scalable, secure, and supportable solutions - Convert business and operational needs into robust Juniper-based architectures - Act as the main technical advisor during client-facing discussions, including executive and senior stakeholder forums - Facilitate high-level solution strategy discussions, roadmapping, and technology alignment sessions - Provide assured guidance during critical escalations, ensuring swift resolution and long-term architectural improvements - Establish strong client trust through effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences - Supervise technical delivery to ensure solutions align with approved architecture and design intent - Serve as the final escalation point for complex or systemic network challenges - Collaborate with project managers and delivery leaders to manage risks, dependencies, and technical outcomes - Ensure architectural consistency across multiple workstreams and teams - Mentor senior and junior engineers, including offshore resources, by providing technical leadership - Guide engineers in design patterns, troubleshooting strategies, and Juniper best practices
