Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in supporting enterprise applications or databases
- Knowledge of relational databases with the ability to write SQL queries
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable in a dynamic setting
- Familiarity with StarLIMS or other LIMS platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of scripting languages, HTML, or JavaScript is advantageous
- Experience in creating dashboards or reports using tools like Crystal Reports
- Exposure to laboratory processes or regulated environments is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, troubleshooting, and escalating when necessary
- Assist in configuring and testing within StarLIMS v12 environments
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards utilizing tools such as Crystal Reports and Advanced Analytics
- Work collaboratively with analysts and senior engineers to convert user requests into technical solutions
- Maintain thorough documentation and manage tasks effectively in Jira and Confluence
