Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support position
- Fundamental understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and commonly used enterprise applications
- Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing systems
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to handle multiple requests in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 1 support through phone, email, and self-service platforms
- Diagnose and resolve basic issues concerning PCs, mobile devices, applications, and operating systems
- Record, monitor, and document incidents and service requests within an ITSM system
- Forward issues to higher-level support teams as necessary
- Assist with common service requests such as password resets, access requests, and installation of hardware/software
- Adhere to established protocols for access management and security
- Provide basic user training and direct users to self-help resources
- Contribute to and update knowledge base articles and support documentation
- Observe trends and escalate persistent or widespread issues
- Take part in a rotating on-call or after-hours support schedule as required
