Junior Technical Writer (Tech Focused)

- 1-3 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, business writing, or a similar role (including internships or contract work) - Experience producing clear, user-friendly documentation such as SOPs, process guides, FAQs, job aids, or internal help content - Strong writing and editing abilities to convey processes and systems clearly to non-technical audiences - Proficient in writing in straightforward, business-appropriate language while ensuring accuracy and clarity - Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) or stakeholders to gather information and validate content - Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness in documentation - Basic experience organizing content for ease of navigation, maintenance, and updates - Familiarity with common documentation tools including Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and SharePoint - Experience with Confluence or other similar platforms - Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, accept feedback constructively, and meet deadlines
