Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- 2-4+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or investment strategy in the real estate sector
- Advanced skills in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Strong grasp of real estate valuation metrics (IRR, NOI, Cap Rate, DSCR, etc.) and investment structures
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic mindset with excellent commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Experience in managing various commitments and tasks simultaneously, with a focus on precision and quality
- Previous work experience in a client-focused environment or on agile teams is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Support coordination and governance of Workday Data Migration and Integrations
- Collaborate closely with the VP and Senior Director of the Transformation Office, along with functional and technical leads
- Actively participate in tracking dependencies and surfacing risks early to ensure smooth operations
- Provide executive-level reporting that accurately reflects execution signals
- Assist in the transition process and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Contribute to cross-functional governance efforts involving data teams and integration architects
- Engage in proactive project management to uphold timelines and deliver high-quality outputs
