Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration
- Experience overseeing Microsoft 365 (Office 365) platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for device management
- Understanding of identity management systems like Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, troubleshooting endpoints, and hardware support
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service operations
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (preferred)
- Experience in enterprise settings supporting large-scale device rollouts (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1-2 helpdesk assistance to internal users by identifying and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Escalate intricate technical problems to senior systems administrators or specialized IT teams when they are beyond standard support capabilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user setup, license management, mailbox oversight, and security configurations
- Support endpoint management through Microsoft Intune with a focus on device compliance, policy distribution, and configuration profiles
- Assist in the provisioning and lifecycle management of devices via Windows Autopilot for new employee onboarding
- Manage identity and access processes using Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory, including account creation, permissions, and group policy oversight
- Document support requests, solutions, and escalation protocols within the IT service management system
- Aid in system updates, patch management, and routine maintenance of endpoints
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees and contractors
