Requirements
Must:
- Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge
- Familiarity with CMDB development, data modeling, and CI relationships
- Skilled in building ServiceNow integrations utilizing REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
- Proficient in scripting within ServiceNow, including JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
Responsibilities
- Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts associated with ITSM and CMDB
- Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and internal/external systems using APIs, MID Server, and data imports
- Develop and sustain CMDB data models, relationships, and automation processes
- Partner with business analysts, architects, and product owners to transform requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot problems, fix defects, and facilitate testing and deployment activities
- Adhere to ServiceNow best practices and development standards for maintainability and performance
- Document technical designs, configurations, and integration processes
Description
We are seeking a Junior Developer for ServiceNow to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions focused on integrations, IT Service Management (ITSM), and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable ServiceNow capabilities that align with business and operational needs.
