Requirements
Must:
- 1-3+ years of experience in a DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE-related position (flexible for strong junior candidates)
- Practical experience with AWS services, including EC2, IAM, networking concepts, and container services (ECS or EKS)
- Proficient understanding of containers and Kubernetes concepts (hands-on experience preferred)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred; CloudFormation acceptable)
- Experience in supporting CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) along with basic scripting or automation skills
- Strong troubleshooting abilities across distributed systems with excellent communication and follow-through
Responsibilities
- Supporting and enhancing CI/CD pipelines to boost deployment reliability and consistency
- Automating operational duties to minimize manual effort via scripts, runbooks, and self-service tools
- Assisting with the upkeep, monitoring, and troubleshooting of cloud and container environments (AWS and Kubernetes, including EKS when applicable)
- Collaborating with engineering teams to resolve production issues and enhance observability and system health
- Contributing to infrastructure as code, platform standards, and technical documentation
