Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of demonstrated programming experience in Java or Groovy, including hands-on work with web services, RESTful APIs, and Spring; familiarity with AWS is preferred
- Strong understanding of Software Engineering principles and Object-Oriented Design
- 3-5 years of experience in JavaScript and user interface development; exposure to form.io is a plus
- Knowledge of BPM solutions, particularly with prominent BPM tools like Camunda
- Background in business process improvement or re-engineering, collaborating effectively with business and operations teams
- Ability to work alongside Business Analysts and Design leads to create efficient automation solutions
- Proficient knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience in technology or operations roles within the financial services sector is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to identify workflow requirements and transform them into automated business processes
- Lead design sessions for process development, analyzing current and future business processes
- Create and develop user interfaces using form.io to represent tasks within workflows, along with connectors, APIs, and other software modules to support BPM models
