Requirements
Must:
- 9+ years of experience in Java API development utilizing Spring Boot, along with hands-on troubleshooting and deployment expertise
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development using Angular, React, or NodeJS
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, driving high-quality results
- Proficient knowledge of OpenShift Container Platform and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Kafka is highly advantageous
- Experience in integrating Java applications with MongoDB
- Strong design and programming proficiency with JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, PL/SQL in Unix and Windows settings
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills within distributed team environments and agile settings
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the team in collaboration with the client
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical outputs
- Shape the direction and strategy for the microservices architecture
- Develop innovative solutions to intricate challenges and drive results
- Provide technical mentorship and architectural support on Kafka, microservices, front-end development, and MongoDB integration
- Assist team members with technical inquiries and mentor them in producing high-quality code
- Operate in an Agile environment, accommodating the evolving needs of the business
- Be prepared to actively participate in development or debugging to meet deadlines with exceptional quality
- Collaborate closely with leadership and the entire technical team
- Guide team members in creating test plans, ensuring accurate identification, resolution, and testing of issues
- Advocate for and implement industry best practices during development

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working on-site 2-3 days a week and is a contract-to-hire position.
