Requirements
Must:
- Experience in inventory management
- Background in material handling
- Proficient in cycle counting
- Strong communication abilities
- Skilled in MS Office applications
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting while wearing protective safety gear
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Proficient in analyzing large data sets and summarizing findings using pivot tables and charts
Responsibilities
- Audit, organize, and distribute materials to lab users
- Inspect and uphold lab areas for safety and intellectual property compliance
- Adhere to established procedures to maintain existing lab services
- Assist with lab improvement initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce inventory variances and enhance overall inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies; perform root cause analysis on misidentified or imbalanced items; propose preventive measures to avoid recurrence
- Ensure all items in the warehouse are received and stored correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the inventory room
- Inform key stakeholders when project materials are received
- Provide backup support to the Wafer Cage Team
- Operate in a lab environment requiring lab suits for wafer reclaims and other tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
