Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Practical programming and scripting skills in PowerShell, SQL, VBS, .NET, and using REST/SOAP services for integrations
- Strong familiarity with Azure platforms, including Azure Data Factory
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting on Windows virtual machines, including scheduling tasks and data export methods such as OData queries
- Experience managing and automating Active Directory account tasks
- Ability to handle APIs comprehensively, including authentication, payload creation, JSON response parsing, and pagination management
- Knowledge of relational databases and a strong emphasis on documentation practices
- Understanding of web services and integration technologies, including XML/XSLT
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity for independent issue research
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential data
- Previous experience in higher education or government sectors
- Experience working with interfaces in relation to relational databases
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations across enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, and internal services
- Assist in the deployment, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise applications
- Aid in the creation and maintenance of standard reports and support pre-implementation testing
- Participate in code reviews, adhering to established development standards and best practices
- Evaluate existing integration patterns, proposing improvements for efficiency and reliability
- Support complex off-the-shelf system implementations that necessitate configuration and custom development
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert requirements into system configurations and integration designs
- Produce documentation for processes, configurations, and project deliverables
- Provide multi-site production support, diagnosing and resolving integration or data flow issues
- Maintain regular communication with IT teams, fostering collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders
