Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Mid-level experience in developing with Oracle APEX applications, Salesforce low-code development (Flows, automation, configuration), and custom APEX applications
- Understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with or integrating ERP systems (familiarity with Oracle, IQMS, Infor, SAP, or SyAcc is advantageous)
- Experience in building or utilizing REST APIs for system-to-system integration
- Familiarity with Azure services or cloud development environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and adjust priorities accordingly
- Proven ownership mindset and accountability for project outcomes
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications utilizing strategic platforms such as Oracle APEX, Salesforce low-code tools, and SQL frameworks
- Integrate various systems by constructing and utilizing APIs, especially within ERP platforms
- Act as a technical contributor on significant IT-led and Business Transformation initiatives
- Address IT enhancement requests by providing thoughtful and well-designed solutions
- Work with business stakeholders to identify challenges, collect requirements, and translate these into technical blueprints
- Identify issues and perform root cause analysis to mitigate future occurrences
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, integrations, processes, and design choices
- Assist in establishing best practices, coding standards, and solution architecture frameworks
- Remain updated on tools and technologies pertinent to our application environment
