Requirements
Must:
- Current or recent Principal, Agency Owner, or Executive with substantial experience in the insurance lifecycle (P&C, Life, Health, or Commercial)
- Demonstrated success in utilizing AI tools (Custom GPTs, Claude, Zapier/Make AI integrations) to enhance agency revenue or operational productivity
- Strong presence as a trainer, industry speaker, or mentor within the insurance sector, capable of engaging peers effectively
- Comprehensive understanding of the compliance landscape and the challenges of implementing AI in a highly regulated fiduciary environment
- Comfortable taking part in a pilot phase, aiding us in establishing the Gold Standard for insurance AI education
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of AI Learning & Enablement to serve as the operational visionary for our AI Learning Lab
- Develop a Knowledge and Action framework that translates complex AI capabilities for agency builders
- Guide agency builders in leveraging AI to automate lead distribution, improve policy analysis, and scale a high-performing team without a proportional increase in headcount
- Take the lead in architecting our inaugural AI-First certification for insurance agency owners and entrepreneurs
