Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems management, or field support
- In-depth knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, and server hardware
- Strong understanding of Active Directory management and troubleshooting
- Practical experience in supporting servers across various locations
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues and assist users with solutions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-sufficient with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Willingness to adapt to unusual or non-standard technical requests
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
- Experience in project-based work or coordination is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Support servers, virtualization, Active Directory, and hardware environments across remote sites
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team distributed across multiple locations in the U.S.
- Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support for critical systems
- Address customer-focused challenges with a solution-oriented approach
- Manage diverse technical issues while maintaining clear communication with end users
- Adapt to requests that may be outside standard practices as needed
