Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree required
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience and comfort dealing with uncertainty

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to summarize and share guidance on new processes and tools
- Serve as the primary contact for addressing daily operational inquiries
- Identify and escalate issues, troubleshoot, and propose solutions
- Oversee part of the APLA product line, acting as the first line of support for Geo Sport and Territory Merchants
- Work closely with Merchants and various cross-functional partners, including Pricing, Merch Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain, and PIA partners
