Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred - Minimum of 8 years experience in designing and delivering high-quality software products as a Product Manager or as an implementation consultant for enterprise applications - Significant experience in administering and configuring Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects. - Demonstrated expertise in managing Salesforce integrations with various third-party tools through APIs and integration platforms - Extensive background in enterprise software products with a focus on Sales and customer relationship management systems - Proven ability to deliver sales technology solutions in a SaaS setting, combined with a robust commercial understanding - Experience in successfully implementing and managing go-to-market technology while collaborating with sales, enablement, revenue operations, finance, customer service, and technology teams - Familiarity with common lead generation and lead-to-cash workflows, including CPQ, CLM, and Quote to Order, along with the types of solutions needed to support these processes - Strong grasp of data structures, data migration, and data management within Salesforce - Knowledge of data enrichment tools and techniques to enhance account and contact data for more effective sales outreach - Self-driven individual capable of influencing and guiding cross-functional teams, ensuring prompt and clear communication - Strong leadership capabilities, adept at storytelling and communication, with a proven ability to engage in conversations with senior executives - Excellent in leading cross-functional teams and spearheading initiatives that involve multiple product teams - Familiarity with Agile development and methodologies - A strong sense of urgency in aiding customers, demonstrating the capability to identify insights and deliver high-quality, innovative experiences swiftly

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with users, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to develop and manage the product roadmap, while assessing impact, adoption, and user engagement - Exhibit thought leadership and drive the strategic direction for Sales Technology capabilities - Take ownership of product planning, prioritization, and roadmap activities specific to your domain - Utilize data to inform decisions and establish metrics for tracking and monitoring objectives - Create frameworks to deeply understand sales requirements through direct interaction and prioritize their feedback in the roadmap - Lead and ensure execution aligns with the plan, anticipate risks, and facilitate discussions through consistent and clear communication both internally and with dependent technology teams

In this role, you will take charge of the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core Salesforce instance, ensuring it serves as a highly effective platform for our sales teams. This position is key to fostering collaboration with our internal and external customers to identify their needs, investigate industry solutions, and formulate a vision and strategy for creating a seamless customer experience. Our Sales & Growth product management team oversees all aspects of sales platforms and capabilities that empower the end-to-end sales cycle for both direct and partner sales teams.
