Requirements
Must:
- Associate or Bachelors degree
- Minimum of two years in a comparable IT support role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems analysis and/or systems engineering
- Skilled in IT troubleshooting and monitoring
- Proficiency in Operating Systems (MS Windows 11, MacOS), Microsoft Office Suite tools, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft networking services, Citrix XenApp/Desktop, MDM Solutions (Azure Endpoint Management Devices), and networking components (routers, switches, WAP, firewalls)
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to function effectively within a Global Support framework
- ITIL 4 Fundamentals certification is preferred
- Additional technical certifications (CompTIA, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, AWS, MS Azure) are advantageous
- Familiarity with Exchange Management is a plus
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like Atlassian Confluence and JIRA is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for all IT-related services at designated locations
- Act as the primary liaison to ensure delivery of IT services and products to the local business teams
- Utilize ITIL 4 framework and diagnostic techniques to analyze, troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate incidents and issues
- Coordinate, implement, and support all IT-related projects and initiatives at assigned locations
- Assess IT service requests and incidents, partnering with end users and external partners to resolve issues
- Oversee all IT hardware and software, including the implementation, maintenance, configuration, and support of computers, mobile devices, printers, networks, servers, and wireless systems
