Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in supporting applications with SSO integration
- Familiarity with cutover planning and change management processes
- Experience in managing Windows infrastructure, including Windows Server and client OS, Active Directory, Oracle, and MS SQL, with insight into computer architecture (databases, ETLs, applications, network infrastructure, firewalls, etc.)
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity applications and related security frameworks
- Background in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SOX) controls
- Exposure to Agile working methodologies
- In-depth understanding of business processes applicable to corporate functions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly with complex challenges
- High attention to detail, self-motivated, proactive, and focused
- Strong customer orientation, with effective communication skills to build relations
- Skills in data analytics and reporting tools, specifically Power BI and MS Power Apps
- Proficient in test management, planning, execution, and oversight
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Capability to gather, assess, decompose, and prioritize business requirements (development of BRDs)
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between Corporate Business Units (CBUs) and IT, ensuring clear communication and support
- Collaborate with vendors and business units to support essential applications
- Provide initial functional and technical assistance to end-users
- Execute SQL scripts for data management and troubleshooting purposes
- Analyze and interpret application and environment logs
- Manage Windows servers while supporting on-premises Windows and RE Linux-based applications
- Assist in the maintenance and migration of cloud solutions
- Evaluate business processes to identify technological enhancements aimed at reducing operational and licensing costs
- Design and implement IT solutions tailored to customer requirements and business objectives
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with system users and IT team members
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to break down tasks into manageable, value-driven segments
