Requirements
Must:
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PSM) is desirable
- 5-8 years of experience in a dual role as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master within digital or website teams
- Established experience with enterprise websites, digital marketing platforms, and CMS tools
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is essential; familiarity with other Adobe products like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target is advantageous
- Understanding of user experience (UX) best practices, SEO principles, QA/testing processes, and digital analytics
- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies with the capability to guide teams through Agile delivery cycles
- Competence in Azure DevOps or similar platforms for backlog and sprint management
- Proven track record in crafting clear, concise user stories and establishing acceptance criteria
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and teamwork skills across business, creative, and technical domains
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Digital Product Owner and stakeholders to extract, document, and translate business and technical needs into user stories
- Oversee and manage the Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog, prioritizing and refining stories for upcoming sprints
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from the business perspective, including test planning, oversight, and issue tracking
- Create milestone updates and sprint summaries for both business and technical stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with business users for testing, feedback loops, and change management, ensuring a seamless feature rollout
- Facilitate essential Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Serve as a supportive leader for the team, identifying and eliminating obstacles to maintain delivery momentum
- Track sprint health, team velocity, and workflow, proactively seeking improvement opportunities
- Advocate for Agile best practices and nurture a high-performing, cooperative team environment
- Assist the Digital Product Owner in defining sprint goals and aligning stakeholders
