Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with ERP systems (preferably SyteLine) and SQL
- Understanding of AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (including Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID/AD)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive individual who excels in fast-paced environments
- Preferred:
- Experience in application development
- Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector
- Knowledge of integration tools and reporting systems
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support for core applications, including ERP (Infor SyteLine), EDI (SPS Commerce), Tableau, and ChatGPT Enterprise
- Diagnose and resolve application-related issues, maintain documentation, and ensure seamless daily operations
- Assist in ERP upgrades, patch cycles, and integration initiatives
- Contribute to cloud migration projects (AWS) and ERP modernization activities
- Collaborate with vendors and managed service providers to offer high-quality solutions
- Work with business teams to ensure precise data flow and reporting
