Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; a Masters degree is advantageous
- Extensive knowledge of End User Computing (EUC) technologies, including Windows, MacOS, mobile platforms, and VDI/AVD
- Proficiency in endpoint management solutions (Intune, SCCM/MECM, MDM systems)
- Strong familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Cloud suite (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online)
- Understanding of endpoint security measures, device compliance, identity management, and Zero Trust philosophies
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly concerning Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management
- Acquainted with collaboration tools, unified communications environments, and meeting-room technologies
- Understanding of service delivery models for creating and managing SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Experience in vendor management and overseeing managed service providers (MSPs)
- Background in budgeting, cost optimization, lifecycle planning, and procurement processes
- Ability to identify root causes of complex challenges and implement effective, enterprise-level solutions

Responsibilities
- Lead the IT Workplace Services department in Miami, Florida, driving the roadmap for our IT Workplace services portfolio
- Manage technical project activities to ensure timely delivery of internal initiatives across all facets of IT Workplace Services
- Oversee daily operations to guarantee the smooth functioning of the department
- Support decision-making and communication processes by capturing metrics and data to produce reports and presentations
- Ensure that policies, standards, and procedures are properly documented and followed
- Maintain a consistent and seamless user experience across all services
- Facilitate global working groups within IT Workplace Services to enhance collaboration
