Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Over 1 year of experience in technical support
- Proficient in delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly driven and attentive to detail
- Quick to grasp new technologies
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to confidentiality
- Familiar with O365 and standard software suites
- Knowledge of Microsoft Admin Portals (Exchange, O365, Azure, etc.)
- Curious mindset and solution-oriented
- Excellent documentation capabilities
- Experience supporting Operating Systems and the O365 Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical individuals
Good to Have:
- Experience in endpoint management, including configuring, testing, and deploying devices using Autopilot/Intune or similar tools
- Familiarity with SCCM or other endpoint management tools
- Understanding of Active Directory (group policy management, Sites and Services, Users and Groups)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Knowledge in project management, change management, and basic ITIL principles
- Experience or training in Design Thinking
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key support contact for hardware, application, and data processing requests from facilities and offices across North America
- Address incoming requests (emails, alerts, texts, chat, phone, or in person), accurately diagnose, prioritize, and resolve/escalate issues while adhering to established SLA standards; log/update technical problems, causes, status, and solutions within ITSM software
- Participate in an after-hours support rotation for end-user assistance
- Execute escalations to vendors or internal teams when required
- Assist senior staff in creating and configuring minor enhancements as directed by the application team
- Support projects related to software upgrades, hardware updates, and Audio/Visual events
- Develop and maintain documentation for standard Technical Support policies and practices
