Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated expertise in providing support for PCs operating in a Windows Active Directory setup
- Practical experience in PC repair, troubleshooting issues, deployment, and managing asset disposition
- Familiarity with Microsoft administration, mobile device management, and RF technologies
- Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, and TCP/IP protocols
- Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities in a dynamic, multi-user setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues, leadership, vendors, and contractors
- Team-oriented approach, while also able to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Dedication to ongoing learning and professional growth
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Participation in on-call and round-the-clock support rotations as required
- Physical ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours daily and lift weights up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations
- Willingness to travel up to 10% and adapt to night shifts as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving application, hardware, and network issues to minimize operational interruptions
- Engage with end users to deliver clear, effective solutions while ensuring a positive customer support experience
- Manage help desk support operations by documenting, analyzing, and resolving help desk tickets in an efficient manner, ensuring accurate tracking of all support efforts
- Collaborate with both on-site and remote IT teams, and operations leadership, to deliver timely and high-quality IT solutions
