Requirements
Must:
- Strong familiarity with printers and scanners, particularly Zebra devices is highly advantageous
- Basic understanding of network principles; able to assist with the existing infrastructure (e.g., adds, moves, network drops)
- Experience with Ubiquiti systems is preferred, especially Unifi and OpenPath (for access control and infrastructure)
- Support for entry access systems from a software viewpoint, including the management of access cards
- Experience in vendor management or maintaining vendor relationships is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the business, especially at pack stations involving mini PCs, printers, and scanners
- Troubleshoot issues at these stations and deliver training on internal systems
- Communicate effectively with lead teams, including the onsite General Manager, understanding business operations
- Spend a significant portion of the day interacting with internal customers
- Maintain various printers, including Zebra, Dymo, HP, Brothers, and others
