Requirements

- Proven experience in a comparable role or demonstrable skill set to effectively manage the outlined responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, assessment, and ongoing enhancement of PC hardware and software asset management processes
- Ensure timely and successful completion of IT Operations audit tasks
- Coordinate Performance & Capacity Planning Health Check evaluations and follow up on action items with Business Unit representatives
- Oversee workstation patching, adherence to compliance, and reduction of vulnerabilities
- Transition Systems and Configuration Items (CIs) to operations
- Manage incidents, including Major Incident Management
- Conduct root cause analyses and promote continual improvements in system reliability through Problem Management
- Collaborate with monitoring engineers to enhance issue prediction, detection, and automate incident responses
- Optimize the use of IT Operations Jira Issue and Risk databases to prioritize tasks and achieve favorable results
