Requirements
Must:
- 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, PMO support, program coordination, or operational reporting
- Experience in IT or technology-centric organizations
- Strong analytical and documentation capabilities
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and structured summaries

Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of portfolio tracking tools, status reports, and related documentation
- Aggregate updates from project managers into consistent reporting formats
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
- Assist in preparing materials for governance and leadership meetings
- Ensure prompt follow-up on assigned action items and deliverables
- Guarantee the accuracy and consistency of portfolio data
- Support the tracking and analysis of defined KPIs and performance metrics
- Maintain dashboards and reporting templates
- Review trends and consolidate insights for leadership assessment
- Facilitate the enhancement of reporting processes and data quality
- Aid in stakeholder tracking and impact documentation
- Coordinate communications and training activities
- Track actions related to change initiatives and measure adoption
- Provide support for documentation and reporting of change initiatives
