IT Business Analyst - Cyber Vulnerability

- Act as a bridge between cybersecurity, IT operations, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and management of vulnerabilities - Analyze data from vulnerability scanners and derive actionable insights from the findings - Assist in various lifecycle processes such as vulnerability identification, triaging, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting - Work collaboratively with security engineers to grasp the technical ramifications of vulnerabilities and relay this information to business teams - Collect, document, and interpret business and technical requirements pertaining to vulnerability management - Support improvements to processes related to vulnerability reporting, dashboards, workflows, and governance - Document both current and future-state process flows, data interactions, and system integrations - Create clear and polished presentations suitable for executive, technical, and business audiences - Communicate trends, risks, and metrics regarding vulnerabilities and the progress of remediation efforts - Coordinate remediation timelines and transitions between application owners and security teams - Conduct root-cause and trend analysis on ongoing or recurring vulnerabilities - Assist with compliance and audit requests related to vulnerability management
