Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function independently as well as part of a team
- Comfort in facilitating meetings and guiding discussions
- Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) (preferred)
- Knowledge of enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) (preferred)
- Background in customer service or administrative support roles (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate bridge meetings during application outages or incidents
- Collaborate with application owners, IT teams, and relevant stakeholders for prompt issue resolution
- Serve as the main contact for status updates and communicate timelines
- Document incident specifics, timelines, and resolutions for post-incident analysis
- Inform employees about IT policies, security best practices, and application usage
- Engage in IT projects, including application rollouts and process enhancements
