IT Analyst - Compliance & Governance

- Serve as a subject matter expert on IT compliance and governance within the organization - Aid in the administration, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of IT policies, procedures, and standards to align with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, SOX, privacy laws) - Create, execute, and oversee processes and systems for proper compliance reporting, tracking, and rectification - Oversee compliance remediation efforts to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards over time - Engage with internal stakeholders, like HR, Information Security, Internal Audit, business units, and IT teams, to establish, develop, and document compliance-related business needs, objectives, deliverables, and specifications - Facilitate internal and external audits by coordinating evidence collection, responding to inquiries, and managing findings and action items - Partake in vendor and contract management activities concerning IT compliance, including third-party risk and compliance considerations - Contribute to IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning initiatives, involving documentation, testing coordination, and continuous improvement efforts - Generate and maintain comprehensive process documents, workflows, and control narratives associated with IT compliance and governance
