Requirements
Must:
- 4-7+ years of experience in IAM/IGA engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Strong background in Java (JDK 8+) engineering, encompassing plugin, rule, and JAR development
- Proficient in SQL Server and/or Oracle with a deep understanding of relational identity data structures
- Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, schema mapping, ETL-like transformations, and integration pipelines
- Familiarity with IGA object models and identity data constructs such as accounts, entitlements, roles, and policies
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and uphold technical software applications
- Lead and mentor a small team, providing direction to team members like architects and systems analysts
- Oversee significant, complex initiatives, ensuring high visibility and priority
- Offer technical and business guidance to a broader community
- Serve as a primary owner for key projects, driven by trust and capability
