Requirements
Must:
- Intermediate to senior-level expertise in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and CLEAR
- In-depth understanding of SAML and authentication protocols
- Experience with Active Directory management
- Familiarity with on-premise identity and authentication settings
- Background in supporting Windows Server environments
- Practical experience in IAM operational assistance, implementations, and project tasks
- Capacity to support large-scale internal user bases
- Previous work in healthcare environments is advantageous
- Experience in enterprise-level settings (over 150k users of CLEAR) is preferred
- Familiarity with Radiant Logic technologies is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation of multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions company-wide
- Assist in the deployment and acceptance of CLEAR for employees opting to participate
- Support SecureAuth/MFA tools, including SAML-based authentication and external authentication applications
- Collaborate with Radiant Logic and Active Directory for identity resolution and authentication procedures, including sample calls
- Provide daily operational support, troubleshooting, and upkeep for authentication systems
- Engage in implementation projects and continuous improvements in identity and access management
- Manage support for Windows Server and Active Directory as part of authentication and identity operations
- Work with security and infrastructure teams to uphold secure access standards and compliance measures
Description
We are looking for an IAM/MFA Engineer to join our team in a remote capacity, who will play a crucial role in enhancing and securing our authentication solutions across the organization. This role focuses on implementing multi-factor authentication, SAML integrations, and biometric technologies, particularly through the CLEAR platform.
