Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) - At least 3 years of experience in SailPoint engineering or architecture - Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityNow or Identity Security Cloud - Strong understanding of IAM platforms including SailPoint, Saviynt, and Okta - Proven experience in developing automation and scripts for IAM processes - Working knowledge of APIs such as REST and JSON, and cloud infrastructure - Experience handling identity lifecycle events like provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity is a plus - Advanced understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC), and separation of duties (SOD) - Knowledge of cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is advantageous - Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, SQL, RPA, or Power Automate - Experience with access certifications and compliance reporting is preferred - Awareness of Privileged Access Management tools such as Delinea Secret Server is a plus

Responsibilities

- Lead initiatives concerning identity lifecycle management and access governance - Develop and implement authorization models while optimizing platform performance - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure secure and scalable access across cloud and on-prem solutions - Design, implement, and maintain identity governance frameworks with a focus on SailPoint - Contribute to ongoing platform enhancement and cloud integration projects - Monitor and manage identity lifecycle events including provisioning and access alterations - Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to align IAM strategies
