Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, UX/HCI, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in UX, digital strategy, experience architecture, or Human Centered Design
- Experience in designing or researching financial processes or systems such as billing, forecasting, reporting, accounting workflows, financial analytics, and dashboards
- Strong grasp of Human Centered Design methodologies including design thinking and experience blueprinting
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
- Capability to analyze intricate data and workflows, simplifying them into user-friendly experiences
Responsibilities
- Prepare and engage in experience benchmarking, usability testing, and validation for financial applications and workflows
- Analyze user and channel behaviors to inform design decisions regarding financial operations and data interactions
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for actionable insights from finance stakeholders and end users
- Create personas and journey maps reflecting user engagement with financial tasks and systems
- Identify and resolve challenges through root cause analysis, focusing on data accuracy, compliance, or process effectiveness
- Collaborate on experience blueprinting and value modeling to enhance overall financial user journeys
- Transform complex financial concepts and processes into intuitive digital experiences
- Contribute to documentation of experience architecture that aligns with business needs and financial requirements according to HCD best practices
