Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience with CRM systems, particularly in Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, including workflows, custom objects, properties, and integrations. HubSpot experience is preferable; HubSpot Certification is a plus.
- Proficient in APIs, custom scripts, and technologies such as Python, Node.js, or PHP for integration development.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, with experience in data integration, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation, along with ETL processes.
- Excellent collaboration skills with outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve intricate technical challenges associated with integrations.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and ensuring successful project completion; familiarity with ClickUp is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions for data migration, system configuration, and integration of HubSpot with other platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HubSpot and across connected systems through data mapping, cleansing, and transformation tasks.
- Resolve integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply fixes to maintain seamless operation and data synchronization.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer success, IT) and external clients to grasp requirements, design solutions, and deliver training and support.
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and implement strategies to boost efficiency and automation.
- Create and manage detailed documentation for all integrations, configurations, and workflows.
- Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features, best practices, and relevant technological trends in the integration field.
