Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Jira
- Strong phone support skills and a willingness to handle calls
- Familiarity with imaging and system setup
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Proficiency in Azure/Microsoft environments
- Understanding of VOIP systems
- Empathy combined with a strong customer service mindset (preferred)
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure (preferred)
- Detail-oriented and a curiosity to learn and adapt (preferred)
- Excellent communication abilities; soft-spoken and professional (preferred)
- Familiarity with BMC and Atlassian tools (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests via calls, voicemails, and tickets in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues using phone and remote tools
- Perform imaging and system setups for both onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in daily operations including financial ticket submissions and management requests
- Engage in daily meetings focused on onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain accurate records in Jira and other IT systems
