Requirements
Must:

- Over 5 years of practical experience with HPE NonStop (Tandem) systems
- Combination of education and professional experience may be considered
- Proficiency in NonStop capacity planning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
- Advanced understanding of programming, systems analysis, and associated applications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication competencies
- Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate with technical teams and management
- Capacity to meet deadlines while upholding high-quality work standards
- Proven ability to lead or mentor teams
- Experience in developing new methodologies or technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Administer and provide support for HPE NonStop (Tandem) systems
- Execute system configurations, upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance
- Monitor the health, capacity, availability, and performance of systems
- Collaborate with application teams on deployments, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
- Implement and uphold backup and recovery strategies
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability frameworks
- Establish system security policies, user access controls, and auditing measures
- Analyze and design technical solutions to fulfill business requirements
- Troubleshoot systems to enhance reliability and overall quality
- Identify, investigate, and propose resolutions to complex technical problems
- Develop, test, and modify software for enhanced internal operating system performance
- Provide technical assistance for software and hardware malfunctions
- Contribute technical insight to IT projects as required
- Prepare and maintain system and operational documentation
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
