Group Leader - Agile and Scrum Expertise

- Oversee the training, development, and evaluation of hourly team members - Contribute to building high-performing teams - Direct Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) processes and support launch and pilot activities in designated areas - Meet or surpass production cost targets while ensuring quality standards are maintained - Stay informed about quality criteria and effectively communicate departmental quality objectives; utilize resources to address quality challenges - Foster and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and union representatives - Administer National and Local Agreements with the United Auto Workers Union consistently - Implement systems aimed at preventing the recurrence of existing issues - Champion safety practices and achieve goals related to ergonomics, health and safety, and workplace cleanliness - Inspire, educate, and develop employees to perform their roles efficiently using standard methods - Ensure team members receive proper Job Instruction Training (JIT) - Attain production schedules and product specifications by applying lean manufacturing principles, focusing on cost control, variation reduction, and productivity enhancement - Coach and mentor Group Leaders in executing these responsibilities
