Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Over 3 years of experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration, especially with Kandji and Intune
- In-depth understanding of MDM concepts, standards, and best practices
- Skilled in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows devices
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Skillful in prioritizing and handling multiple responsibilities and projects
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and environments
- Enthusiasm and curiosity for innovation in digital experiences
Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and oversee MDM platforms (Kandji and Intune) for macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows systems
- Enroll, provision, and roll out devices to users; oversee device profiles, regulations, and security configurations
- Conduct regular audits and generate reports on device inventory, compliance, and usage
- Offer technical support and issue resolution for endpoint-related challenges and escalate complicated matters to relevant teams via ServiceNow
- Work together with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure the integration and alignment of MDM solutions with other IT services
- Investigate and assess new MDM features, tools, and practices, providing suggestions for enhancements
- Document and refresh MDM processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Educate and train users and technical teams on MDM policies, procedures, and best practices
- Discover and apply new technologies, solutions, and best practices to improve the digital experience within the organization
- Engage in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing digital experiences, including AI tool implementations, ServiceNow enhancements, onboarding processes, and digital experience monitoring (DEM)
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in digital experiences, sharing insights and findings with the IT department
