Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment
- 5 years of expertise in Information Technology focusing on applications and analytics product development
- Full-cycle Gen AI implementation experience
- Proven track record of leading technical and functional teams in the application development lifecycle

- Background in developing new Analytics and Data Products
- Familiarity with the System Development Lifecycle and Software Development methodologies
- Experience in an academic setting preferred
- Strong business insight and comprehension of enterprise IT strategy, with a history as a consultant or facilitator
- Proficiency in Agile Project Management methodologies
- Skilled at delivering presentations to large audiences
Responsibilities
- Supervise the development of products to ensure quality in digital application solutions; encourage new ideas through collaboration with departmental partners
- Manage, coordinate, and strategize the development of all digital and analytics application initiatives to meet objectives
- Analyze and suggest suitable technical solutions for digital applications and integration efforts to support the enterprise as a whole; invest time in the market to grasp industry challenges and innovate solutions for clients
- Ensure sufficient oversight and involvement from key business and digital applications partners across the organization, including but not limited to clinical, business, and research domains
- Lead a team of developers, integrators, analysts, engineers, and guide their professional growth in digital applications and analytics product creation; through both indirect supervision and mentoring
- Engage in the development and rollout of the Information Services Strategic Plan, with a specific emphasis on integration with digital applications and the central business office along with other relevant areas
