Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of direct experience with GEP Smart in areas like Materials and Services Procurement, Source to Contract, and Spend Analytics
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting GEP within a hybrid procurement framework, with a solid grasp of document flows and system boundary definitions
- Familiarity with GEP Click and SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO), alongside the capability to trace and resolve end-to-end transaction failures
- Strong comprehension of Service PO and Service Confirmation workflows in GEP and their integration for invoice processing and financial reconciliation in SAP
- Experience managing master data interfaces involving suppliers, materials, and organizational structures between GEP and SAP
- Proficient in backlog management tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
Responsibilities
- Provide production support and troubleshoot GEP Smart incidents related to Materials and Services Procurement, including Service POs and approval workflows
- Diagnose transaction failures between SAP PO and GEP Click middleware
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams when GEP transactions encounter posting issues in SAP
- Assist in the lifecycle of contracts within GEP, including creation, approvals, amendments, and renewals
- Facilitate the migration of legacy contracts from SAP SRM to GEP, ensuring data accuracy and seamless business operation
- Oversee master data synchronization between GEP and SAP for suppliers, materials, and purchasing structures
- Address synchronization issues that lead to discrepancies in procurement or invoicing
- Utilize insights from previous experiences to minimize recurring issues and enhance processes
- Aid specific Business Unit configurations such as approval hierarchies and role permissions
