Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience as a Full Stack Engineer, specifically with Java and Angular
- Proficient in working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Proven record of leading or mentoring junior developers

- Architect, construct, test, deploy, and maintain SaaS applications as part of a collaborative, scaled team
- Develop and optimize full-stack solutions utilizing Java and Angular
- Exemplify leadership through code reviews, technical advice, and mentorship of junior engineers
- Engage in CI/CD pipeline development and automation with GitLab
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability within AWS environments
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the development process
- Advocate for continuous enhancement, documentation, and adherence to compliance standards
