Requirements
Must:
- ITIL Foundation certification (or higher)
- Freshworks certifications (if available)
- 3-7+ years of experience implementing ITSM platforms (Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.)
- Practical experience with Freshservice (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with ITOM/CMDB and asset discovery tools (Device42 is a significant advantage)
- Strong grasp of the ITIL framework
- Experience in workflow automation and scripting (APIs, REST integrations)
- Ability to thrive in a client-facing, consulting-style environment
- Preferred experience with the Freshworks ecosystem (Freshdesk, Freshservice, Copilot)
- Prior exposure to AI-enabled service desk solutions
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of Freshservice Pro in accordance with ITSM best practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management)
- Configure and deploy ITOM capabilities, including CMDB design and population
- Conduct asset discovery and dependency mapping
- Customize workflows, automations, SLAs, and service catalogs
- Implement and enhance Freshworks Copilot (AI) features for ticket resolution suggestion, knowledge base automation, and agent productivity improvements
- Integrate Freshservice with third-party systems such as SSO, monitoring tools, and collaboration platforms like Teams/Slack
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system designs
- Carry out data migration, system testing, and user acceptance validation
- Provide thorough documentation, training, and ongoing post-implementation support
- Ensure platform scalability, security, and adherence to best practices
Description
We are seeking a Freshworks ITSM Implementation Engineer to assist with the deployment and configuration of Freshservice Pro, including IT Operations Management capabilities and Freshworks Copilot features. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to design, configure, and implement IT service management workflows and automation within the Freshworks ecosystem.
