Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated expertise in Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Salesforce-related initiatives
- Proficient in HCD methodologies including design thinking, experience blueprinting, and insight synthesis
- Familiar with Salesforce capabilities, workflows, and user experience best practices
- Experience in conducting usability tests and utilizing research methods for design validation
- Practical experience with Figma and Salesforce Lightning Design
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business and IT stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead and engage in experience benchmarking and usability assessments to ensure Salesforce solutions fulfill user requirements
- Analyze user and channel behaviors to guide design choices
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to obtain actionable insights
- Create personas and journey maps that represent user expectations and needs
- Identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis
- Collaborate on experience blueprinting and value modeling to increase solution effectiveness
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders
- Consolidate insights and present findings to business and IT partners
- Develop and refine storyboards and concepts to visually communicate ideas and designs
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring Salesforce projects remain user-centric and feasible

In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact between our business and IT teams while contributing to Salesforce-related projects through your expertise in HCD practices.
