Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD) and ServiceNow initiatives
- Strong proficiency in HCD methodologies including design thinking, experience blueprinting, and synthesis of insights
- Knowledge of ServiceNow functionalities, workflows, and best practices for user experience
- Background in conducting usability testing and employing research techniques to validate designs
- Effective communication skills with an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business and IT participants
- Practical experience using Figma
Responsibilities
- Lead and engage in experience benchmarking and usability assessments to ensure ServiceNow solutions cater to user needs
- Analyze user and channel behaviors to guide design decisions
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to extract actionable insights
- Create personas and journey maps that represent user expectations and requirements
- Identify and tackle challenges through thorough root cause analysis
- Collaborate in developing experience blueprints and value models to amplify solution effectiveness
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders
- Consolidate insights and present findings to both business and IT teams
- Design and refine storyboards and concepts to visualize ideas and designs
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring ServiceNow projects are user-focused and technically achievable
