- Design, configure, and provide support for Occupational Health system elements, which include employer, client, and service records, visit types, charge routing, and billing workflows - Construct and maintain scheduling algorithms, decision trees, registration guardrails, as well as documentation tools like SmartSets, templates, and Express workflows - Set up confidentiality measures, including break-the-glass access, restricted employer visibility, sensitive screenings, and role-based security - Oversee employer portal functionalities, such as user templates, security classifications, reporting views, and controlled release of results and encounter data - Enhance workflows for employer-driven services including pre-employment assessments, regulatory physicals, drug testing, respirator clearance, workers compensation visits, and biometric assessments - Assist with necessary forms and regulatory documentation processes - Configure and manage client billing structures, fee schedules, guarantor accounts, and workers compensation systems; collaborate with Professional Billing to ensure compliant charge capture - Create and uphold operational and audit reports related to services, billing, employer access, and encounter volumes - Spearhead new client setups, service expansions, testing, training coordination, and go-live assistance
