Requirements
Must:
- 3-6+ years of experience in fashion, merchandising, product management, PR, or influencer/celebrity marketing
- Preferred experience in product seeding, sample coordination, or assortment planning
- Strong preference for backgrounds in fashion, streetwear, or culturally driven brands
Cultural & Creative Acumen:
- In-depth understanding of fashion-forward, trend-sensitive, and culturally impactful audiences
- Keen awareness of social media dynamics, celebrity influence, and entertainment trends
- Skill in translating trends into product assortment and decision-making
Operational Excellence:
- Proficient in product ordering systems, inventory management, or merchandising software
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple requests and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to thorough execution
Collaboration & Communication:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with creative, brand, and operational teams
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to present a clear perspective
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-energy, collaborative setting
Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in shaping how products are showcased in culturally relevant contexts
- Work cross-functionally with brand, merchandising, and influencer teams to seed the appropriate products to the right talent at optimal times
- Participate in the development of product assortments that reflect current trends and cultural insights
- Ensure effective coordination and timing in product seeding efforts
- Maintain high standards of operational excellence in managing product-related tasks
