Requirements

Responsibilities
- Organize and manage engineering documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and project files
- Prepare and share meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up item trackers
- Assist in the creation and submission of Shopping Carts, as well as review Purchase Order (PO) documents for engineering-related materials and services
- Monitor PO statuses to ensure timely approvals and delivery of goods and services
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to address any discrepancies or delays in procurement
- Compile and refresh engineering metrics, cost reports, and inventory records
- Maintain accurate Shopping Cart reporting data
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory mandates
- Support the preparation of necessary documentation
