Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years in managing multiple engineering teams
- Proven success in delivering scalable, distributed enterprise systems
- Extensive knowledge of modern system architecture and distributed software design
- Ability to establish and uphold rigorous engineering standards
- Experience in mentoring and coaching Tech Leads and Senior Engineers
- practical experience with Cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team, including Tech Leads, Full-Stack Developers, QA, Data Engineers, and SREs
- Ensure high-quality and scalable software solutions throughout the entire SDLC
- Define and uphold system design principles, engineering best practices, and technical standards across all teams
- Enhance platform reliability and performance through effective monitoring and incident management
- Collaborate strategically with Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams to align technical direction with the overall product strategy
- Continuously refine engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, and system robustness to elevate technical maturity
- Develop and expand high-performing teams with clear accountability and professional development opportunities for senior individual contributors
