Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of expertise in endpoint or device management
- Proficient knowledge of MECM/SCCM (mandatory)
- Familiarity with Intune and Autopilot
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
- Experience with Windows 11 in a business setting
- Background in PowerShell or scripting is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across teams
Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft MECM (formerly SCCM) for server patching and update management
- Oversee endpoints utilizing Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Validate, test, and deploy operating system updates, patches, and applications
- Diagnose imaging, deployment, and patching failures; perform in-depth root cause analysis
- Assist in securing endpoint controls (BitLocker, LAPS, GPOs, compliance policies)
- Partner with systems, networking, and security teams on endpoint projects
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to enhancements in processes
